Maintain your asset with a Sinking Fund Plan


A 10 year Sinking Fund Plan Report provides a list of defects or deterioration of materials within a unit building. This allows the Owner's Corporation and Strata Manager to budget for the remedial works so that they can be completed at the appropriate time.


The works can include the following : concrete spalling (concrete cancer), waterproofing and membrane issues including flat roof construction, painting, deterioration of building materials in general, drummy or loose wall or patio tiling, roof repairs including roof tile deterioration, fencing, water seepage and water penetration issues, damaged or cracked concrete paths and driveway and leaking windows.
